Police Off-Duty Software Off-DutyTrac™places the emphasis on officer safety, knowing when and where your officers are working allows an agency to respond quickly to an officers request for assistance.
The Built in Comm. Center module documents every job an officer works in real time, 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Reports are accessible at any time by the on duty watch commander.
Information received directly from the officer is entered under the job-specific permit number allowing a complete tracking history of all personnel and equipment. A permit history command feature allows the user to quickly retrieve an officer’s work history by permit number. 21st Century Software Solutions also has optional upgrades to electronically capture officer data.
