Police Off-Duty Software Off-DutyTrac™ user friendly system allows for Business & Employer information to be easily and quickly entered.
The process begins when the administrator reviews an application submitted by a potential business/employer. Off-DutyTrac streamlines the review process by adhering to agency policies governing enforcement related secondary employment. Data input is accomplished within the business module of the software. Once approved, business/employer information is entered into Off-DutyTrac’s user-friendly “file drawer” system. Our relational database allows users to enter data on one page and view elements of that information throughout the program in a number of formats and screens. A job-specific number is then generated (permit number), which tracks the off-duty assignment throughout the entire process.
